Refund and Returns Policy

The Fabufabu takes every order with a serious attitude, and items will be reviewed repeatedly before the order is shipped to ensure that the product quality is good. If your product is damaged when you received it, please follow the “Exchange Procedure” to replace the product.


Exchange procedure
If you want to exchange the product, please follow the following procedures:
Contact The Fabufabu by email or inbox and mention “Replacement Request”, please tell us the order number. After we confirm that it meets the replacement conditions, please come to our store to replace the goods within 7 days after receiving the parcel.


Replacement notice
We hope that you have a pleasant shopping experience, so we accept customers to exchange goods within 7 days after receiving the goods. We are happy to accept products that have not been washed or used. The following terms apply:
Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be provided before product exchange is accepted.
If the amount of the goods you request to exchange is lower than the amount of the goods you purchased (based on the latest amount), the difference will not be returned to the customer. If the amount of the product you are requesting to exchange is higher than the amount of the product you purchased (based on the latest amount), please email us first (info@thefabufabu.com). We will tell you how to handle the exchange procedure.
All returns must be purchased from The Fabufabu and must be brand new and unused (including original packaging and original hangtag).
We do not accept slight appearance problems caused during transportation without affecting the quality of the product (including but not limited to wrinkling and scratching of the outer box/bottle/small accessory) as a return service.
All food & beverages products, socks, towels, cleaning supplies or personal items are not exchangeable due to hygiene issues.
All health care, cosmetics, personal care products and personal hygiene products are not exchangeable due to hygiene issues.
We do not accept products that exceed the specified number of days from the date of receipt or fail to provide a valid invoice for return service.
We do not accept refunds.
The customer can only exchange the returned goods once.
Freight is not reimbursable.
If the customer fails to meet the above replacement requirements, we can refuse to replace the customer.

The Fabufabu will not be responsible for any problems caused by the wrong or improper use of the product; We reserve the right to revise the selling price, delivery charges, return policy and online shopping terms and conditions without prior notice; Should there be any disputes arise, The Fabufabu reserves the right of final decision.
